Let's go shopping!

Now that we know why you want and how much you can spend, let's see what you want.

First, we're going to evaluate the markets that fit your need based on your earlier Self Assessment.

Second, we're going to see what inventory is available in that market.  Rather than spending days driving around wasting time and money, almost all available properties are able to be seen online using public-accessible systems like Realtor and Zillow and our resources with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Broker-exclusives that the seller has requested to not be advertised outside of the office.

While I'm gathering a list of properties, I'm going to ask you to do the same with the public-accessible systems so that I can get an even better scope of what you'd really like (fireplace, pool, long driveway, etc) and hone my search in on them.

Finally after compiling a list of properties, we'll weed out ones that have immediate turn-offs.  One thing to note is that pictures don't always properly display a property so I'll screen your discards as well if I see a red flag. Once we have a reasonable amount (about 10 or so) I'll begin contacting them to verify their status and any potential scheduling conflicts. 

Now that we have all of the information we need, we'll pick a date to meet and walk through each one after I coordinate with their agents.  Let's get ourselves into some houses!
