Reconnaissance and Doing Our Homework

During the walk-throughs, we're going to look for certain things such as structural integrity, upgrades, hazards, and any other information we can use to be confident in your purchase, to dismiss an option from consideration, or to assist with negotiation.  We'll be identifying as much as we can, talking with neighbors, and researching anything we find to be of value to your decision.

After we've seen everything we need for the day, we'll meet and put everything out on the table to evaluate your top choices.  Once you've identified at least 3 homes that you'd love, I'll provide you with a basic contract and explain how we prepare an offer in the next step.
